We compare the existing documentation against legal requirements, reviewing appointment orders for responsible officers, policies and instructions, briefing logs, knowledge-check records, medical-examination schedules and employees' provision of protective equipment.
In parallel, a specialist inspects the workstations themselves: whether the actual organization of work matches the written instructions, whether guards and alarms are in working order, and whether employees know what to do in an emergency.
