More about the program
The maintenance fitter course trains specialists to service and repair industrial equipment: pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors and other machinery essential to any production site. The program covers reading technical drawings and kinematic schematics, selecting tools and measuring instruments, and unit disassembly/assembly technique.
The hands-on part takes place in the workshop on real units: trainees practice fault diagnostics, replacing worn parts, and adjusting and testing equipment after repair. A separate block covers preventive maintenance — preventing breakdowns rather than just fixing their consequences.
Graduates receive a trade grade and skills in demand at factories, the port, and construction sites — anywhere equipment needs to be kept running.
